Purchase Terms
All prices include VAT at 24%.
Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges are displayed prior to the completion of an order.
The completion of an order constitutes a purchase proposal, which is accepted by Ariad upon the dispatch of a confirmation email.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (depending on the options available).
Order Cancellation / Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the products, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The products must be returned in excellent condition as a prerequisite.
Limitation of Liability
Ariad shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events or for technical issues attributable to third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content of the website (texts, photographs, logos) constitutes the intellectual property of Ariad and is protected under Greek and European law.
Governing Law
All transactions are governed by Greek and European law. Competent courts for any dispute arising shall be the courts of Athens, Greece.
